"Yet Another Awesome Experience"
Just placed another order, and once again, the service was top-notch. I had an issue with a faulty item from my previous order, but Hannah was super helpful. She arranged the exchange, and I got the new one really fast. Honestly, I can't complain about this experience at all.

"Awesome pricing and service."
After looking around, I found they had the best deal on the monitors I needed, even with shipping included. Since I hadn’t tried them out before, I was a bit hesitant, but it all worked out well. Even though I ordered after their deadline, the delivery showed up the very next day. Fantastic service and a fantastic price.

Ordering was a breeze, the team was super helpful, and delivery was fast. I called them to ask about the height from the base to the top of the screen since I needed it to be under a specific measurement, and I only had 5mm to spare according to the specs. The woman I talked to provided me with the precise measurement, and it fits just right. Much appreciated!

This monitor is really great, boasting an impressive display. However, I did notice that the screen occasionally flickers. When I first received it, there were some static noises and the screen would turn grey. But honestly, after two years of use, it’s been fantastic overall.

From the get-go, the product knowledge was top-notch. You need clear and truthful information to make a decision based on important details. They really came through. When you visit stores on the high street (you know, the one that's the UK's beloved takeaway), they just read the shelf tags while you’re looking at them too. What’s the use in that? "Awesome Shopping Journey"
Awesome shopping journey! I had my eye on a specific monitor from the get-go. After hunting around for one that featured a solid built-in speaker and a USB C port, since I use a MacBook Pro with USB C connections. It’s a great deal and even less expensive than Amazon when you buy directly. My card got flagged for fraud, but they sent me a friendly email asking for proof of address and my passport. Once I sent that over, they still managed to ship it out the next day with DHL. The monitor looks even better in person than in the online pics. The picture is sharp and clear.

"A Solid Shopping Experience"
Everything went as they said it would, with delivery happening the next business day (weekends ain't included). The only area that could use some work is keeping customers in the loop about the delivery status. I got a note saying my order was shipped, but there was no tracking info after that. I had to reach out for tracking and got a link, but honestly, that should just be standard practice like with other companies.

"Feels like they're not being honest"
I really think they're not being truthful. It says right there 'Next working day delivery' for orders placed before 3pm. I made my order around 12:15, and here I am still waiting for it at 8pm the following day? Plus, not having a tracking system or any updates on my order is kinda ridiculous, especially in 2022.
Edit: Even the next day, still no sign of my monitor... So for anyone eyeing that 'Next day delivery,' just know it might actually take 3-5 days.
